User Guide

Start with your permanent channel. Streaming and other launch services will have separate instructions when available.

1. Explore the sample

Visit the Official Sample Channel to see how a personal channel can present events and memories.

2. Register your free page

  1. Open Register Free.
  2. Enter your name and email address.
  3. Choose your permanent page name and review the address preview.
  4. Create a password using the requirements shown on the form, then confirm it.
  5. Read the Zero Tolerance Policy, select the agreement checkbox, and submit.
  6. Read the confirmation or any error message before continuing.

3. Sign in

Open My Channel, enter your registered email and password, and select LOGIN TO MY CHANNEL. Use Forgot Password if recovery is needed.

4. Share your address

After your own channel is available, share its permanent address. Use your own channel QR code when provided; the sample channel address and sample QR belong to the demonstration.

5. Review services before going live

Review Pricing and the availability notes on System Status. A demo screen is not evidence that live streaming or recording is enabled.

6. Get help

Read the FAQ or report a problem. Keep your password and recovery codes private.
