Cookie Policy
How cookies relate to sign-in and website features.
This draft describes the session technology identified in the registration and sign-in code reviewed for the pre-launch website. It supplements the Privacy Policy. A complete audit of the deployed website, hosting services, and third-party features has not yet been completed.
1. What cookies do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. They can support account sessions, security, and preferences. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, may support other features. Their actual use depends on the page and services loaded.
2. Account sessions
The reviewed registration and sign-in code starts a PHP session. Session cookies help the website associate browser requests with an account session. The actual session-cookie name and expiry depend on the server configuration and have not been verified on the live site. Clearing or blocking these cookies may interrupt sign-in or account features.
3. Current verification record
| Category | Purpose | What has been verified |
|---|---|---|
| Account session | Maintain an account session between requests | PHP session use identified in supplied code; live cookie name, expiry, and scope pending |
| Security and hosting | Potential service protection and request handling | Hosting or security cookies have not been inventoried |
| Preferences | Potential language or display choices | Language selector is a preview; persistent preference storage not confirmed |
| Analytics, advertising, embedded services | Depends on the provider and feature | Deployment audit pending; no claim that these categories are present or absent |
4. Optional features and third parties
If analytics, embedded video, payments, or other external services are introduced, their actual cookie and information practices must be assessed and disclosed. Where consent is required, appropriate choices must be provided before the relevant collection. This information page does not itself block optional cookies or record consent.
5. Your browser controls
Use your browser’s privacy settings to view, clear, or block cookies and site data. Blocking all cookies may prevent account features from working. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent every form of tracking. For help managing a specific cookie, contact support with its name and the page where you found it.
6. Changes and questions
This draft will be updated after the deployed cookie inventory and any optional service integrations are verified.
