Terms of Service
Your Channel. Your Events. Your Memories.
Welcome to GoBroadcastingLive™. These draft Terms of Service describe the intended rules for using our personal broadcasting platform, including Permanent Broadcasting Pages, live video, invitations, photographs, replays and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using GoBroadcastingLive™, users agree to comply with the applicable Terms of Service, Zero Tolerance Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Permanent Broadcasting Pages
Registered users may receive a personalized Permanent Broadcasting Page (PBP) and a unique web address. The word "permanent" describes the intended continuity of the page address and does not guarantee indefinite hosting, availability or data retention.
Continued access may depend on account status, applicable fees, platform availability and compliance with these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
Account holders must provide accurate registration information, protect their login credentials and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use.
Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts, subject to applicable law.
4. Live Streaming Services
Live broadcasting may require purchasing a streaming package. Available broadcast durations, viewer capacities, technical requirements and prices will be disclosed on the applicable pricing and checkout pages.
Streaming quality and availability may depend on internet connectivity, device compatibility, service capacity and other technical conditions.
5. Pricing and Payments
Streaming packages, activation fees, annual maintenance fees, event publishing fees and reactivation fees may apply.
Promotional discounts and fee waivers apply only when expressly offered and subject to their published conditions.
The checkout process should identify the charge currency, applicable taxes and total payable amount before the customer confirms a purchase.
Refund, cancellation and billing dispute procedures must be finalized and disclosed before paid services are launched.
6. Broadcast Recordings and Replays
The platform is intended to support automatic recording of completed live broadcasts and the availability of recordings for replay after processing.
Recording availability may be affected by technical failures, moderation decisions, account status, storage limits and applicable retention policies. No recording is guaranteed to be preserved indefinitely.
7. Photos, Invitations and Messages
Channel owners may be able to share photographs, create invitations, maintain guestbooks and interact with viewers through supported messaging features.
Users must respect the privacy, consent and intellectual property rights of other people.
8. Zero Tolerance and Safety
Pornography, nudity, sexual exploitation, harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, illegal content and abusive broadcasting are prohibited.
Live broadcasts may be intentionally delayed by up to 30 seconds for automated safety moderation. Automated systems cannot guarantee detection of every violation.
GoBroadcastingLive™ may restrict broadcasts, remove content or suspend accounts when necessary to enforce its safety policies.
9. Content Ownership and Permissions
Users retain whatever ownership rights they hold in their original content.
By uploading or broadcasting content, users grant GoBroadcastingLive™ the limited permissions reasonably necessary to transmit, process, store and display that content through the requested services, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.
Users must have the necessary rights and permissions to share their content.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and relevant privacy laws.
Users should avoid publicly sharing sensitive information about themselves or others without appropriate authorization.
11. Service Availability
GoBroadcastingLive™ aims to provide reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, outages, security incidents or technical changes may temporarily affect access.
12. Suspension and Termination
Accounts or content may be restricted or suspended for policy violations, security concerns or other legitimate operational reasons.
Account termination, appeals, access to stored content and applicable fee consequences must be handled according to the final published policies and applicable law.
13. Changes to Services and Terms
Services, features, prices and these terms may change over time. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, with advance notice where required.
14. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable Canadian laws and mandatory consumer protections. The final governing-law provisions must be reviewed before publication.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
